Last updated May 21, 2026. These terms form an agreement between you and MooProxy regarding proxy services. By registering or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. Services

MooProxy provides residential, ISP and datacenter proxy access, including residential traffic, static residential IPs, APIs and dashboard features. Services are intended only for lawful business and personal testing, including network testing, ad verification, brand protection, regional availability, localization QA and compliant data access.

2. Accounts

3. Payment, billing and renewal

4. Acceptable use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). We may immediately suspend or terminate service without refund for AUP violations.

5. Availability

Services are provided as-is and as-available. We make reasonable efforts to maintain stability but do not guarantee absolute availability, uninterrupted access or specific outcomes. Features and coverage may change temporarily or permanently for maintenance, compliance or security.

6. Third-party websites and platforms

You must assess and comply with destination terms, robots rules, automation policies and local laws when accessing third-party services through proxies. We are not responsible for disputes between you and third parties.

7. Intellectual property

Rights in the MooProxy website, dashboard, documentation, brand, trademarks, source code and interface belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Copying, adapting or commercial redistribution requires written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, including business interruption, lost profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us during the preceding 6 months.
